Trail Ready Vans Return & Satisfaction Policy

Trail Ready Vans is dedicated to providing high-quality products at outstanding value. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with both your purchase and overall experience.

If you’re not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be returned in new, unopened condition with their original packaging — otherwise, additional fees may apply for repackaging labor and materials.

For large freight-shipped items (such as Galleys, Safari Racks, and Awnings), an extra fee will be calculated based on the return shipping cost, typically ranging from $300–$500. All applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please provide the following:

1. First and last name on the order

2. Your order number

3. Photos and/or a detailed description of the issue and reason for return

Once you’ve gathered this information, email everything to support@trailreadyvans.com. We’ll review your request and guide you through the return process.

Shipping Your Return After we receive your details, we’ll send you specific shipping instructions. All returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original delivery date. Returns arriving after this window may incur additional fees depending on the item’s condition.

Exchanges To exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement.

Refunds Refunds are typically processed and credited within 3–10 business days after we receive your return, but can take up to 2 weeks in some cases. If you haven’t seen your refund after 2 weeks of our receipt of the return, please contact us at support@trailreadyvans.com with your order number.

Shipping to Canada We’ll reach out after your order is placed to provide a custom shipping quote to Canada. This helps ensure you get the most accurate and affordable rates. Feel free to contact our customer service team with any questions.
